About us
A boutique, not a billboard
Velvet Intimates was founded on a simple belief: shopping for intimacy should feel like stepping into a well-run atelier — calm, private and honest. We select a small range of body-safe products, publish plain-language guides, and never use pressure tactics, fake countdowns or inflated “was” prices.
Where products touch on health — such as pelvic-floor trainers or prescription treatments — we say so plainly. Prescription medication is never sold here directly; we point you toward licensed clinicians and pharmacies instead.
Guides & Help Center
Good questions, straight answers
Educational content only — it is not medical advice. For health concerns, please consult a qualified clinician.
Materials & cleaning
We list only non-porous, body-safe materials: medical-grade silicone, borosilicate glass and stainless steel. Wash with warm water and mild, fragrance-free soap before and after use, dry fully, and store away from direct sunlight. Use water-based lubricant with silicone toys to protect the surface.
Choosing a size
Every product page lists exact dimensions in inches. If you're new to a category, start smaller — comfort beats ambition. Lingerie follows standard US sizing; each item includes a measurement chart so you can compare against a piece you own.
Shipping & privacy
Orders leave our warehouse in plain, unmarked packaging within 2 business days. The sender name on the label and the descriptor on your card statement are neutral. Adult dolls are made to order, ship only to jurisdictions where sale is lawful, and require an adult signature on delivery.
Returns & exchanges
For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products can't be returned unless defective. Unopened items in sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund to the original payment method. Defective items are replaced or refunded in full — just contact support.
Wellness products & medication
Wellness items in this store are general consumer products; we make no medical claims about them. Prescription treatments (for example, for erectile dysfunction) are regulated medicines — we do not sell them. Please obtain them through a licensed clinician and pharmacy, and be cautious of any store that offers them without a prescription.
